Abstract
Because of the differences in international environment, laws and regulations, and business cultures in outbound investments, enterprises face special legal risks in cross-border operations. Any small issue can lead to big disaster for energy companies’ global operations. Based on actual practices, this article analyzes cross-border M&A dilemma, provides solutions to the most frequently encountered problems in M&A integrations, and proposes preventing measures for legal risks.关键词
