低温胁迫对高山离子芥试管苗渗透调节物质及保护酶系的影响
Effects of low temperature stress onosmotica and protective enzyme system in Chorispora bungeana plantlets in vitro
摘要
Abstract
Taking Chorispora bungeana plantlets in vitro as material,the mechanism of osmotica and protective enzymes response to the low temperature stress were studied.The results showed that pro-line,soluble sugar and soluble protein involve in the strengthen Chorisporabungeana cold resistance.In the protective enzyme system,SOD and POD have significant complementary effect on mitigating the in-jury of membrane lipid peroxidation of Chorispora bungeana;CAT and APX play major roles in the mechanism of removal of hydrogen peroxide,and CAT responding to low temperature stress intensity is much higher than APX.All of these indicated that protective enzyme system in resistance to low temper-ature stress and protecting Chorispora Bungeana from low temperature damage had important biological functions.关键词
