甘蓝型油菜BnBRI1基因的克隆及表达分析
Cloning and characterization of BnBRI1 in Brassica napus L

Abstract
Homologous degenerented primers were designed based on the sequence of the brassinolide re-ceptor gene BRI1 in Arabidopsis thaliana.The method of homologous clone was used to clone and ana-lyze a full-length cDNA of the brassinolide receptor gene in Brassica napus L.which was named Bn-BRI1 (GenBank:JX871217 ).The 3591bp-length of the whole sequence of the open reading frame (ORF)of BnBRI had 94.21% similarity with Arabidopsisthaliana BRI (GenBank:NM_120100).For the putative protein,the protein of BnBRI1 contained 1196 amino acids having 89.23%similarity with the BRI1 protein inArabidopsis thaliana.Then the expression of BnBRI1 in different tissues of the dif-ferent development stages in B.napus L.was analyzed using real-time polymerase chain reaction.This result showed that the expression ofBnBRI1 existed in different tissues of the different development pe-riods,but the amount of expression varied,highest in the root of two-leaf and flower period and in the leaf of four-leaf period and bolting period.关键词
