基于 Solidworks和 ANSYS的加工中心电主轴动静态分析
Analysis of Static and Dynamic Characteristics for Electric Spindle Based on Solidworks and ANSYS
摘要
Abstract
A finite element model of a spindle-bearing system was built by using software Solidworks and ANSYS .The static de-formation and static stiffness were analyzed and calculated ,and its first four sets modal was extracted by the method of Lanczos .At last, several dynamic responses of the spindle in different frequencies of exciting force were obtained by using Harmonic response analysis . The result verified that the static and dynamic rigidity met the requirements;and the highest working speed was far away from its criti-cal rotation speed , which could avoid resonance phenomenon effectively .The study laid a foundation for the optimization design and re-manufacturing .关键词
