定数截尾下 Burr Type XII 分布的统计推断
Statistical Inference for Burr Type XII under Type II Censored Samples
摘要
Abstract
Based on the progressive Type II censored , the inverse moment is estimated and the maximum likelihood estimators ( MLE) for the Burr Type XII distribution are obtained .Finally, the two estimators are compared by using simulation , and the simula-tion results show that the proposed estimators outperform the MLE .关键词
