1053例经冠状动脉造影证实冠心病患者静息心电图特征分析
Resting ECG Analysis of 1053 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Confirmed by Coronary Angiography
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics of resting ECG in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 1053 cases of patients were divided into single, two and three lesions according to coronary angiography,we analyzed their ECG da-ta. Results ①303 cases were one coronary vascular disease, 309 cases were two, 441 cases were three .② Abnormal Q wave 351 cases (33%), ST segment abnormalities 747 cases (71%), T wave abnormalitied 831 cases (79%), complete left bundle branch block in 168 cases (16%) andⅢdegree atrioventricular block in 126 cases (12%),the difference was statistically signif-icant among the three groups(P<0. 05). Conclusions With the number of lesions in patients with coronary artery increased, the detection rate of abnormal ECG was significantly increased.关键词
