摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of conservative treatment and surgical treatment for distal radius fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of 68 cases of distal radius fracture patient’s data in our hospital, according to the different treatment, divided conservative treatment group (40 patients), use of manual reduction + small plastic splints;surgical treatment group (28 patients), use of cut reset "T" type plate fixation. Using Gartland and Werley wrist score, PRWE score on the efficacy of the tow groups. Results Surgical treatment was better than conservative treatment group in functional and radiology score, but the degree of pain, activities of daily living and patient satisfaction difference was not statistically significant. Conclu-sion The treatment of distal radius fractures should be based on type of fracture, patient’s age and patient’s require to take a dif-ferent means, in order to obtain patient′s satisfaction.关键词
