浅析2784名县乡级医护人员对急救技能培训的需求

Abstract
Objective To understand various county-level medical institutions’ current medical aid skills training status and needs, so to improve training strategies and the effectiveness of training. Methods The questionnaire was designed by Chengdu Medical Emergency Center, from 2009 to 2012, we surveyed 3289 medical personnel in 1125 county medical institutions in Sichuan. Results Collected back a total of 2784 copies of valid questionnaires, displayed 89. 8% of health care workers had not participated in the standardized professional first aid skills training system. 99. 03% of the health care workers showed strong demand for the training, especially are they thirst for the more practical first aid skills and knowledge. They even proposed regular training regime should be established every six month. Conclusion There is an essential need to strengthen the counties’ contin-uous training of pre-hospital first aid skills, in order to improve the overall capacity of basic emergency handling ability.关键词
