Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of 6S management models in hospital material management. Meth-ods We applied 6S management in ward material management, combined the information system, made usage requirements and concrete measures in management area, and therefore every nurse can form a good work habit. Results After 6S management, problems such as mixed loading materials, more time-consuming findings, halfway cleaning, overstocked inventory and overdue i-tems got more obviously improved than before. There were significantly difference before and after. Conclusion The application of 6S management models can cost reduction and improve the medical staff’s working efficiency significantly. This kind of manage-ment is operable and worth advocating and popularizing.关键词
