摘要
Abstract
Objective:to research the applied value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on elderly patients with acute cholecystitis .Meth-ods:To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 42 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on elderly patients over age 65 with acute cho-lecystitis from Sep.2009 to Feb.2013.Results:40 cases elderly patients over age 65 with acute cholecystitis were implemented Successful by the laparoscopic cholecystectomy , 2 cases were converted laparoscopic cholecystectomy to laparotomy .Conclusion:After careful preop-erative preparation and operation risk assessment , laparoscopic cholecystectomy was Suitable for the elderly with acute cholecystitis and was safe,effective,less injury, rapid recovery.关键词
