Abstract
Objective:To analyze the complicated with placental abruption early diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Study from February 09 to 13 years of premature rupture of fetal membrane puerpera admitted in January , 18 cases were complicated with pla-cental abruption, as observed group.Results:The control group of 22 cases of premature rupture of membranes and complicated with placental abruption maternal.Compare two groups the incidence of placental abruption.First cause as a result of placental ab-ruption, premature rupture of membranes is 45%.Premature rupture of membranes in the group of women, the concurrent probabil-ity of placental abruption was 2.97% (18/606); Premature rupture of membranes, rather than group complicated with placental abruption maternal probability was 0.30% (22/7390), significantly higher than the latter, the former (P <0.001, with signifi-cant difference.Conclusion:Patients with premature rupture of membranes to pay close attention to the abnormal clinical manifesta-tions, on the early diagnosis and treatment.关键词
