Abstract
Objective:To study the invasive and noninvasive clinical applications of sequential mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe respiratory failure .Methods:in our hospital from 2008 January to 2011 October due to severe respiratory failure Respiratory De-partment of internal medicine ward income caused by various reasons in 25 cases as the sequential therapy group , began the study from 2006 January to 2007 before December ,23 patients with severe respiratory failure Respiratory Department of internal medicine ward in-come caused by various reasons as control group , all of the above patients with severe respiratory failure , difficulty in breathing , airway secretions, disturbance of consciousness , in accordance with the standards of intubation .Results:the incidence of VAP in the sequential therapy group , the cases of death , total cost of hospitalization was significantly lower than that of the control group , the invasive mechani-cal ventilation time .Conclusion:sequential mechanical ventilation as a treatment of severe respiratory failure mechanical ventilation strat -egies have been used more and more in clinical , and has a wide application value .关键词
