摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of serumsoluble P -selectin level in acute coronary syndrome .Methods:120 acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into four groups including stable angina pectoris group (n=40),unstable angina pectoris group (n=40), NSTEMI group (n=40) and STEMI group(n=40).The concentrations of P -selectin were measured by ELISA in all group .Re-sults:Compared with control group, the level of P-selectin in acute coronary syndrome has a significantly increase (P<0.05).Conclu-sion:P-selectin have a important effect on development in acute myocardial infraction .关键词
