摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the olanzapine in the treatment of organic mental disorder efficacy and safety .Methods:60 pa-tients with organic mental disorder were randomly divided into two groups , respectively , olanzapine and perphenazine group , a course of 4 weeks.With the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale ( BPRS ) assessment of efficacy , adverse reaction scale ( TESS ) assessment of drug side effects.Results:no significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05 ), olanzapine group with mild adverse reactions .Con-clusion:olanzapine treatment of organic mental disorder is safe and effective , it is worth for clinical use .关键词
