腹腔镜与开腹次全子宫切除术的对比研究
Constrastion study of subtotal hysterectomy in laparoscopy versus laparotomy
摘要
Abstract
Purpose:To discuss the clinical value of Laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy .Methods:Select 107 cases of laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy patients as the study group , 95 cases of open subtotal hysterectomy patients as the control group during the same pe -riod.Analyze the two groups in intra -operative and post -operative states .Results:No difference between the two groups in operation time and intra-operative bleeding(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the study group was better in recovery of intestinal func-tion, duration of antibiotic treatment, hospitalizing period, complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic operation should better than the traditional open operation , worthy of promotion .关键词
