Abstract
Objective:To explore the psychological problems in patients with hemiplegia after stroke and study of psychological inter -vention on the .Research methods 140 patients in our hospital from 2011 August to 2013 January psychological clinic , the impact of Event Scale --revised questionnaire IES -R and patient self -assessment form, namely SCL-90, medical staff and the final conclusion , summary judgment .Results:the scores in posttraumatic stress disorder symptoms in three of the patients with hemiplegia were higher than 2.5, at the same time, anxiety, anxiety, fear, depression, factor score higher than normal people , interpersonal relationship than normal people (P <0.05);patients, intrusion, avoidance and experience is directly proportional to the other factor symptoms and self -test ta-ble in.Conclusion:patients with stroke hemiplegia sometimes question anxious , depressed and even emotional stress , trauma, which is the most common in patients with depression , anxiety and somatization.关键词
