摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficiency of carbamazepine combined with mestilate for treatment of vestibular paroxys -mia.Methods:Eighty-six patients suffering from vestibular paroxysmia were underwent the research , they were randomly divided into two groups, the carbamazepine combined with mestilate group (43case) and the carbmazepine group(43case), the efficacy of the two groups were observed .Results:The efficiency rate in the carbamazepine combined with mestilate group was higher than the carbamazepine group (P<0.05).The side effects of carbamazepine combined with mestilate group were generally mild .Conclusion:Carbamazepine combined with mestilate in treatment of vestibular paroxysmia had good clinical curative effect , highly safety , should be worth clinical use.关键词
