Abstract
Objective:To analyze the different ages of patients with rheumatoid arthritis clinical features .Methods:From September 2011 to September 2012 in our hospital treated 68 patients with rheumatoid arthritis , according to the age of onset , were divided into young group , young group , the elderly group .Young group younger than 16 years old , the young group aged 16 to 60 years old , older age group over 60 years.Results:The comparison between the two groups ,juvenile rheumatoid arthritis group , IgM, rheumatoid factor level was higher than the younger group and the elderly group , P <0.05 with statistical significance ;WBC, creatinine , urea nitrogen than anti-CCP and the young group and the elderly group , the difference was statistically significant ;elderly patients blood urea nitrogen , creatinine and serum CRP levels higher than the young group , anti -CCP was lower than the young group , a statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Vasculitis, blood system involvement and fever and other diseases , and juvenile patients more hair ;in interstitial lung disease , gastrointestinal were involved , and was common in elderly patients prone .关键词
