Abstract
Objective:To table countermeasures to the problems existing in the Family Doctor Service System in Futian District , Shenz-hen.Methods:Conducted questionnaire surveys and telephone interviews among ten Community Health Centers undergoing Family doctor System in Futian District, Shenzhen (2011.11.1-12.1).Results:Family Doctor Service in Futian District had presently made relatively large headway in improving family doctors team building and performance appraisal system , which lay the foundation for the implementa-tion of Family Doctor Service , however , family doctors scarcity and irregular -leveled medical services result in local residents'trust drought;meanwhile , traditional medical perceptions and lack of supporting health policy slowed the implementation .Conclusion:The re-sults suggested that strengthening government -led supportive policy execution and system personnel training , classifying the work targets , detailing the work tasks , propagandizing responsibility -system service mode and science performance evaluations were the extremely ur -gency to save .关键词
