Abstract
Objective:Discussion the effect of selective debridement under arthroscope in patients with the osteoarthritis of knee joint . Methods:Planning hypertrophic synovium ,cleaning exfoliative articular cartilage fragments , implement plasty of ruptured meniscus ,tak-ing out the free body and grind the bone blocks .Results:There was no complication such as infections after surgery , the patients get reha-bilitation of joint function smoothly .The excellent and goods rate was 81.8%.Conclusion:Selective debridement under arthroscope can effectively alleviate the symptoms of osteoarthritis of the knee , improve the joint function , improve patients'quality of life , and delay the development of the course .关键词
