摘要
Abstract
objective:to analysis of CIK cells in primary liver cancer in 3 d conformal radiotherapy combined with conventional appli-cation effect .Methods:our hospital from January 2010 to April 2013 were 48 cases can't implement of surgical treatment of primary liver cancer patients ,which were divided into two groups ,the control group patients received 3 d conformal radiotherapy combined with conven-tional (hepatic artery embolism chemotherapy) treatment, the treatment group patients on the basis of the increased use of CIK cells im-mune method for patients with treatment , compared two groups of patients after the treatment of patients with disease progression ( TTP) , and the period of 1 year, 2 years of follow-up in patients, observe patient surial rates .Results:the treatment group patients were all sur-vival index including 1, 3 year survival rate and the survival was significantly better than control group , compared with statistical signifi-cance (P <0.05), all the most common complication in patients with symptoms of liver disease .All of the patients in 19 cases (39. 9%) patients with liver function injury , symptomatic treatment on patients with liver , etc.The common adverse reactions in treatment group patients or fever for mild digestive tract reaction.Co nclusion:Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with conventional therapy on the basis of primary liver cancer , increasing the use of CIK immune method of treatment for patients can improve the liver function in patients with effective , improve immunity of patients , improve patient quality of life , is worth in clinical medicine application development .关键词
