乳果糖治疗中风卧床病人便秘的疗效和安全性评价

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of lactulose in the treatment of patients with constipation after stroke . Methods:123 patients with constipation after stroke were included in a ten -day controlled trial .The 78 cases in the observed group re-ceived lactulose at a dose of 30 to 50 ml every morning.And another 45 patients of the control group took 0.2g of phenolphthalein three times a day.Results:The cured rate in the observed group and the control group was 85.9% (67/78) and 66.7% (30/45), the im-provement rate in the observed group and the control group was 11.5%(9/45) and 6.7%(3/45).The total effective rate was 97.4%and 73.3%(P<0.05).The defecation frequency of the observed group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the defe-cation condition increased significantly (P<0.05) in the observed group.Adverse reaction rate of the observed group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactulose had a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with constipation after stroke, with lower side effect of toxicity and higher safety .关键词
