临床护理路径对母婴分离产妇母乳喂养成功率的影响与观察
Maternal Separation of Clinical Nursing Path for Success Rates of Maternal Breastfeeding and Observation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of clinical nursing path on the success rate of maternal separation breast -feeding .Meth-ods:Randomly divide 132 puerperant who have to separate with the neonates for the reasons of premature delivery or being in intensive care into observer group and control group , there are 66 patients in each group .The control group takes the routine nursing care , while the observer group takes the nursing care of clinical pathway .Compare the breast -feeding rate of he two groups .Results:The observer group's indexes,such as the start time of lactation , the postpartum 4d breast swelling rate, the postpartum 42d pure breastfeeding rate and the amount of postpartum 4d lactation, are superior to the control group , all P<0.05.Conclusion:Using clinical nursing path can effec-tively promote the lactation of maternal separation puerperant to improve the success rate of breastfeeding .关键词
