摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification in treatment for acute angle -closure glaucoma , and offer reference for further clinical study .Methods:In this study , 184 consecutive cases of acute angle -closure glaucoma seen in Meizhou People's Hospital during December 2010 and December 2012 were collected and performed phacoemulsification .Results:(1) The average intraocular pressure ( IOP) of 1 day, 1 week and 3 months after surgery were obviously improved .There were significantly decrease of IOP compared with that before surgery , respectively (P<0.05).(2) The best corrected vision after surgery was significantly better compared with preoperative vision ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:Phacoemulsification in the management of acute angle -closure glaucoma should be effi-cient for clinical treatment and worthy to be widely spread .关键词
