中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕不育的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate combined therapeutic efficiency of chinese traditional and western medicine on immunological in -fertility.Methods:85 patients were randomly divided into control group with 40 cases and observation group with 45 cases.The control group was given prednisone and clomiphene , the observation group was given prednisone , clomiphene and huo xue cu yun fang .Two groups were treated for 6 months, and curative effects were evaluated when treatment finished .Results:The total effective rate of observa-tion group was 88.9%, statistically Significantly higher than control group (Z=2.812,p=0.003), patients'pelvic effusion and adnexal of two groups were decreased obviously after treatment (p<0.05).Conclusion:The union treatment of western medicine and huo xue cu yun fang on immunological infertility might be more efficiency , so that should be one of the effective treatment of immune infertility .关键词
