Abstract
Objective:To observe the beta 1 receptor blockers in the curative effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with chro -nic heart failure .Methods:To select our hospital respiratory medicine in January 2012 to September 2013 , 50 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) in our hospital combined with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group .The control group was only given routine therapy , the treatment group in addition to the given routine therapy , application of metoprolol .Re-spectively to observe the two groups of patients admitted to hospital within three months of rate and improve cardiopulmonary function .Re-sults:The treatment group compared with control group , three months readmission rate obviously to reduce , cardiac function improved sig-nificantly, with significant difference (P<0.05),the change of lung function is not obvious (P >0.05).Conclusion:Beta 1 receptor blockers in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with chronic heart failure , could significantly improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure , do not affect lung function at the same time .关键词
