Abstract
Objective:To explore integrated care and rehabilitation guidance in tibial plateau fractures after application value .Meth-ods:In my hospital treated 116 cases of fixation of tibial plateau fracture patients , for example , which were randomly divided into observa-tion group and control group , the control group given routine care , given the observation group integrated care and health guide , compare two group efficacy , complications.Results:The recovery of knee function was excellent 93.10% , significantly higher than 79.31% ;complication rate was 8.62%, significantly lower than the control group , 22.41%;differences between groups were statistically signifi-cant (P <0.05 ) .Conclusion:Comprehensive care, health guidance on the tibial plateau fractures in patients with postoperative rehabil -itation had a positive role in late-stage clinical practice should continue to apply .关键词
