Abstract
Objective:To investigate and analyze the elderly patients with severe traumatic brain injury after tracheotomy patients dur -ing clinical care measures and results .Methods:Random selection from May 2007 -May 2013 since , in my hospital for tracheotomy sur-gery in elderly patients with severe traumatic brain injury in 24 cases , they were targeted postoperative nursing interventions , and to the patient's clinical Nursing Care statistics , comparison and analysis .Results:Statistical analysis showed that 24 cases of elderly patients with severe traumatic brain injury , the total effective rate was 87 .50%( 21/24 ) , no significant changes in the condition of patients is one case ( 4.17%) , 2 patients died , the mortality rate 8.33 percent.Conclusion:Patients with severe traumatic brain injury in the imple-mentation of the elderly tracheotomy surgery had to strengthen their postoperative care intervention ,in order to better improve the patient's illness rate and quality of life , reduce mortality and promote early recovery of patients .关键词
