Abstract
The cultivation of clinical ability of postgraduate degree in clinical medicine is a medical personnel training in the higher lev -els,the scale and the quality is an important symbol of development level of medical education in our country and the level of development of relevant disciplines .This article from the “three strict” pre job training ,to strengthen the department organization and management ,es-tablish and perfect the evaluation system ,strengthen the clinical practice trainingbase construction in four aspects to strengthen the clinical medicalpostgraduate clinical training .关键词
