摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the irrational use of antibacterials of inpatient .Methods:334 Cases of inpatients who used the an-tibiotics since the first half of 2011 were randomly selected in the hospital and analyzed the irrational use of antibiotics .Results:235 Cases ( 70.4%) contained antibacterial ,among which, 65 were irrational,which manifested mainly as irrational drug selection ,irrational using opportunity and time of therapy , irrational dosage and administration ,irrational drug combination ,irrational changing of antibacterials and irrational use of menstruum .Conclusion:The irrational use of antibacterial of in patients existed .Clinical pharmacist should supervise the irrational use of antibacterials and report the comments to clinician to ensure the rational use of antibacterials .关键词
