Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of nursing intervention for ICU patients with complications after tracheotomy . Methods:100 cases patients between June 2011 and June 2012 in our hospital selected and divided into intervention group ( n=50 ) and control group(n=50).The intervention group give corresponding nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing , while the con-trol group only given conventional nursing .Recording and comparing the incidence rates of airway mucosa damage , airway obstruction , lung infection and postoqerative bleeding .Results:Compared with the control group [17 cases (34.00%)、8 cases (16.00%)、5 cases (10.00%)、4 cases (8.00%)], the incidence rates of airway mucosa damage , airway obstruction, lung infection and postoperative bleeding of the intervention group[6 cases (12.00%)、3 cases (6.00%)、2 cases (4.00%)、1 case (2.00%)] reduced significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can reduce effectively the incidence rates of ICU patients with complications after tracheotomy .关键词
