Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the medical compliance in patients with transient ische -mic attack.Methods:The selected samples were randomly divided into intervention group and control group , the control group was used conventional care;the intervention group was used questionnaire and interview methods , to understand the psychological state of patients after admission , disease awareness , habits etc .Then pertinence psychological intervention was processed according to the specific situation of each patient , and the patients in the habits of behaviors and medical compliance were followed up for half a year after discharge .Re-sults:The medical compliance of Intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group , the rate of good behavior and habits in patients had improved greatly , and the overall treatment effect in patients was good .Conclusion:Psychological intervention on transient ischemic attack had a positive effect on compliance of patients .关键词
