Abstract
Objective:Evaluation of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on total knee arthroplasty (TKA) prognosis.Methods:The preoperative 100 TKA patients were randomly divided into research group and the control group , 50 cases in each group .Line after TKA 2 group were given conventional treatment and related processing , including team gives comprehensive rehabilitation treatment , and the control group given conventional rehabilitation training;Postoperative 1, 2, 6 w in HSS score and observation of early postoperative com-plications .Results:The team superficial infection occurred in 2 cases of postoperative incision , control group a 1 case had a superficial in-fection of incision , cured by dressing;Team in postoperative 1 w and 2 w HSS score higher than the control group , postoperative 6 w HSS score two groups of comparison , there was no statistically significant difference (P >0.05);Team in the postoperative 2 w incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with significantly lower than the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01);Team's knee pain occurred after 3 cases, control group 8 knee pain occurs, the more similar between the two groups have statistical significance .Conclusion:The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly reduce early complications after TKA , the reasonable application of TKA in peri -operation period of early prevention of complications after operation has a positive effect .关键词
