Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Tiotropium Bromide in adjuvant treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease . Methods:80 samples were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of 40 cases respectively .The control group was treated with routine treatment and the treatment group was added to Tiotropium Bromide .Results:The FEV1、FEV1/FVC、and PEF of the treatment group was higher than the control group after treatment , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were 1 patient with xerostomia and 1 patient with uroschesis in the control group ,and 2patients with xerostomia and 1 patient with uroschesis in the treatment group .It was no statistically significant difference ( P>0.05 ) .Con clusion:It is worth to populate and apply that Tiotropium Bromide in adjuvant treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease may be useful and safe .关键词
