Effects of TTM Intervention on self-management behaviors of Maintenance hemodialysis Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the theory of behavior change in maintenance hemodialysis patients self management behavior and the influence of quality of life , as to provide theoretical basis for improve the quality of life .Methods:64 patients with maintenance hemodialy-sis were randomly divided into control group and intervention group and there were 32 patients in each group .The control group given he-modialysis routine nursing care , intervention group in addition to the given routine care , also the implementation of TTM intervention;meanwhile, evaluating and comparing the self -management behaviors of these two groups before and after 12 weeks'intervention.Re-sults:Intervention group patients after intervention TTM self -management in various fields , score and total score were higher than before ,there was statistical significant(P =0.000);control group's self-management scores in all areas before and after TTM intervention was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:TTM intervention model might be helpful to improve the self -management level of MhD patients;therefore, it should be promoted and applied in clinical nursing .关键词
