摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore methods and clinical effects of CT -guided for radiofrequency thermocoagulation treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia ,Methods:Radiofrequency thermocoagulation ( at 65~80℃,30~60 min) ,matched with electrode and guided by CT , was used to treatment the patient of the trigeminal neuralgia , through puncturing percutaneously the trigeminal nerve root in the oral hole , then evaluate the clinical effect .Results:All operations were smoothly with no failure .All the pain of the patients achieved remission , ex-cept for one patient having puncturehematoma in the beginning , there were no serious complications .Especially with CT and layered cal-culation, no damage to the patient of the first branch .Conclusion:The treatment trigeminal neuralgia through puncturing percutaneously the trigeminal nerve root in the oral hole guided by CT , could have the advantages of accurate location , painless, safety and less complica-tions.The method has the value of clinical application .关键词
