摘要
Abstract
Objectvi e:To analyze the effects of different fixation methods for soft knee bone fracture fragments clinical effect .Methods:Extraction June 26, 2007 to December 6, 2012 in our hospital, suffering from knee cartilage fractures in 77 patients, using the method of randomly selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group , treatment group 42 patients in the control group of 35 pa-tients treated with surgical fixation methods , control group with plaster external fixation .Results:The patient's recovery after surgery was significantly better than the control group , a statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05);treated patients repor-ted adverse events was significantly lower than the control group , the difference between the two groups is statistically significance (P <0. 05 ) .Conlc usion:The surgical treatment of the fracture fixation has a very good reset and oppressive effect on the fracture site play a very good healing effect on the patient's quality of life play a crucial role in promoting the value of clinical application .关键词
