Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of keritherapy and joint mobilization techniques after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint .Methods: 80 cases after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint were collected , and divided randomly into treat-ment group and control group , 40 cases in each group .The treatment group was treated by keritherapy and joint mobilization techniques , while the control group was only treated by joint mobilization techniques .Then curative effect , knee-joint ROM and Lysholm score were compared.Results:In the treatment group, 24 cases were excellent, 14 cases were good, the excellent and good rate was 95%,In the con-trol group, 15 cases were excellent, 13 cases were good, the excellent and good rate was 70%;there was a significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05).The knee-joint ROM and Lysholm score in treatment group were higher than the control group , there were significant differences between the two groups ( P<0.05 ) .Conc lusion:Early keritherapy with joint mobilization after operation of bone fractures around the knee joint is helpful for knee function recovery .关键词
