Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment methods of severe craniocerebral injury and prognosis of diffuse brain swelling.Methods:in our hospital in 2009 July to 2013 July were treated 120 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients with diffuse brain swelling as the research object , the application of CT scan for diagnosis , diagnosed after the implementation of dehydration therapy , hyperbaric oxygen therapy , mild hypothermia therapy , to observe the results of diagnosis and treatment .Results:120 patients with severe craniocerebral injury patients with diffuse brain swelling treated by operation , 35 patients (29.2%) died, 6 cases (5%) plant survival, 22 cases (18.3%) with severe disability, 26 cases (21.7%) with mild disability, 31 cases (25.8%) recovered well.Conclusion:CT imaging features of diffuse brain swelling is mainly the third ventricle and basal cistern becomes small , occlusion , once diagnosed , should take immediate operation , dehydration , hypothermia , large dose hormone treatment measures , in order to improve the successful rate of first aid, to save the lives of patients .关键词
