摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficiency of two techniques used in anaesthesia for bronchoscopy .Methods:155 patients who received bronchoscopy from July 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital were randomly enrolled into two groups:group A ( n =80 ) , anaesthe-sia in dividual;and group B ( n =75) in which the anaesthetic was sprayed on laryngeal region .The efficiencies of the two techniques were compared.Results:There were significant more patients who experience successful anesthesia in group A (98.7% ) than those in Group B (94.67%).Conclusions:The anaesthesia in dividual was more efficient than that by laryngeal spray .关键词
