Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Venlafaxine in the treatment of sleep disorders in patients with depression .Methods:80 samples were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of 40 cases respctively .The treatment group was treated with Venlafaxine and the control group was treated with mirtazapine .Results:The scores of the depression and sleep between the two groups had no statistically significant before treatment .Both of the scores decreased after treatment ,and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05).The score of the adverse reactions was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:It is worth to populate and apply that Venlafaxine in the treatment of depression can improve depressive symptoms , alleviate sleep disorders and was safe .关键词
