Abstract
Objective:To explore the method of nursing care with partial splenic embolization ( PSE) of hypersplenism on liver cirrho-sis.Methods:Total of 42 cases were given PSE and careful nursing care were given before and after operation .Results:After operation , white blood cells,platelet count of all cases were obviously increased and serious complications did not appear .Conclusion:PSE for liver cirrhosis patients with spleen function hyperthyroidism was a safe method with significant curative effect .Quality nursing care can help the patients to tide over the peri -operation got well and decrease the complications .关键词
