Abstract
Objective:To analyse of double cavity bronchial catheter in open heart surgery in the double lung isolation and the feasibili -ty of single lung ventilation .Methods:26 cases of open heart surgery patients all choose double cavity bronchial catheter anesthesia .Re-sults:All patients anesthesia effect was satisfied , no complications occurred .Conclusion:In open heart surgery , the use of double cavity bronchial catheter , could fully open the airway , ensure the quality of lung ventilation , to the late surgery recovery and reduce the operation risk might have important value , worthy of clinical popularization and application .关键词
