摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Tirofiban combined with perfusion on serumsoluble P -selectin level in acute myocardial infraction.Methods:125 acute myocardial infraction were randomly divided into three groups including vein thrombolysis group (n=40), PCI group (n=45), and Tirofiban +PCI group (n=40).Before and aftertreated 4, 24, 48hours, the concentrations of P -selectin were measured by ELISA .Results:Compared with control group , Tirofiban combined with PCI on level of P -selectin had a significantly de-crease (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tirofiban combined with PCI could decrease the level of P -selectin in acute myocardial infraction .关键词
