Abstract
Objective:To observe the mental nursing intervention effects on menopausal women depression clinical efficacy .Methods:The 96 cases of menopausal women with depression were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (36 ca-ses), both groups of oral mirtazapine treatment (30 mg/d) and conventional nursing , observation group based on the combined with psy-chological nursing intervention measures , continuous observed 8 weeks treatment , two groups were treated before treatment and 8 weekend with HAMD rating depressive symptoms .Results:Two groups of patients with depression HAMD scores before treatment there was no sig -nificant difference(27.05 ±3.81,26.79 ±3.72)(P>0.05).8 weeks after treatment, two groups of HAMD score than before treatment significantly decreased (P<0.01), but the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (10.83 ±2.90,16.94 ±3. 03)(P<0.01);Observation group efficiency (93.33%) was significantly higher than the control group (72.22%) (P<0.01).Con-clusion:In patients with depression menopause the effective psychological nursing intervention could significantly improve the symptoms of depression , and significantly improve the clinical curative effect .关键词
