Abstract
Objective:To explore the values of CA199,CEA,and CA242 single or combined detection on clinical diagnosis for patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods:Serum tumor markers CA199,CEA,and CA242 of 96 patients with pancreatic cancer ,133 patients with pancreatitis,and 1400 health examinates as the control group .Results:The levels of CA199,CEA,and CA242 in patients with pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with pancreatitis and the control group (P<0.05).The sensitivity of CA199 alone was the highest in the four tumor markers for the patients with pancreatic cancer (94.6%).The specificity of combined detection of CA 199+CEA +CA242 was the highest(98.9%).Conclusion:Single detection of CA199 could improve the diagnostic sensitivity ,and com-bined detection of tumor markers CA 199 +CEA +CA242 could improve the diagnostic specificity .关键词
