Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of intractable epistaxis treated by low -temperature plasma under nasal endo-scope .Methods:The clinical data of 95 cases of intractable epistaxis treated by low -temperature plasma under nasal endoscope were an-alyzed retrospectively .Results:The positions of bleed were the olfactory cleft bleeding (48 cases) , the inferior nasal meatus fornix (21 ca-ses), in the posterior segment of upper part of nasal septum (17 cases), the middle nasal meatus(5 cases), in the posterior segment of lower part of nasal septum (2 cases), the nasopharynx(2 cases).All the patients were cured.4 cases relapsed were cured by hemostasis under nasal endoscope after 3 months follow-up.Conclusion:The treatment of low-temperature plasma under nasal endoscope is a reli-able ways for intractable epistaxis .It's a simple, practical and cheaper methods with less complications and short time on treatment .It's the preferred methods for intractable epistaxis .关键词
