Abstract
Objective: To analyze the characteristics of hospital infection in the Department of Urology , study the comprehensive nursing intervention in the control hospital infection in Department of Urology in value .Methods: Retrospective analysis of the data of infection in hospital department of urology from 2011 January to December used as the control group was compared to that of obser-vation group in 2012 January to December after the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention.Results:38 cases of 936 in control group developed hospital acquired infection, the incidence rate of nosocomial infection was 4.06%, including 30 of 586 operation cases developed hospital acquired infection, hospital infection rate was 5 .12%;17 of 1024 cases in observation group de-veloped hospital acquired infection, the hospital infection rate was 1.66%, of which 698 cases of operation cases, 13 cases devel-oped hospital acquired infection, the incidence rate of nosocomial infection was 1 .86%.The difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusion:Strengthening the comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infec-tion in the department of urology.关键词
