摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of metoprolol combined with amiodarone in patients with congestive heart failure and taehyarrhythmia .Methods:A total of 43 NYHA classⅡ-Ⅳpatients with CHF complicated by ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into amiodarone group and amiodarone +metoprolol group .The therapeutic effects were evaluated .Results:The clinical effective rate was 90%(18/20)in amiodarone+metoprolol group,while that was 60.87%(14/23)in amiodarone group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of amiodarone and metoprolol could produce better effect than amiodarone alone in the treatment of CHF complicated by ventricular arrhythmia .关键词
