Abstract
Objective:To analyze the treatment of reflux esophagitis with esomeprazole and clinical curative effect .Mtehods:A total of 60 patients with reflux sex esophagitis , randomly divided into control group and observation group , the observation group of patients within 30 minutes before breakfast give esomeprazole oral , dose of 40 mg, 1 /d.Patients with the control group 30 min before breakfast give omeprazole oral treatment , dose of 40 mg, 1 /d.All patients of 8 w.Results:the total effective rate of observation group patients (28/30), 93.3%in the control group patients treatment the total effective rate was 83.3% (25/30), (P <00.5) with statistical signifi-cance;Two groups of patients after treatment , symptoms relief , observation group of patients reduce more obvious symptoms , symptoms in both groups have statistical significance ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion:in the treatment of reflux esophagitis , esomeprazole or omeprazole should have good treatment effect , it might be recommended to use esomeprazole , to vigorously promote the use in clinic .关键词
